• Why would I consider sending my child to Credo?

Credo Christian School offers a Biblically-based education.  Credo is a parental school, meaning that we understand that the education of children is firstly the responsibility of parents, as promised at baptism.  Our school functions alongside the church in assisting parents to bring up their children in the fear of the Lord.  Our staff are like-minded in their commitment to the Biblical principles that Credo was founded on.

  • Who can enroll at Credo?

Our primary feeder churches are Canadian Reformed Churches, but we have families that come from other churches, too.  We require that the parents are confessing Christians and agree with our creeds and confessions of faith.

  • What is Reformed Christian education?

Our schools are biblically grounded in the Word of God and are founded in the teachings of the confessions known as the Three Forms of Unity (Belgic Confession, Heidelberg Catechism, Canons or Dort). We also teach the children how to live in a broken world, and how to be a living member of Christ’s church. The final component is the unity between what is taught in the home, in church, and at school.

  • How big are the classes?

Our class sizes are small at the primary level to ensure good foundational learning and attention to each student’s needs.  The classes are multi-grade, which allows students to learn from each other as well.  As a smaller school, the children often participate in activities with multiple grades, allowing the older grades to cultivate leadership skills.
